Myanmar Football Federation (MFF) terminated the contract with Antoine Hey, head coach of Myanmar national team on this morning(31 January).
“The contract has also been canceled and a suitable head coach and coaching staff will be appointed for the upcoming international competitions.” MFF said in official announcement.
Antoine Hey was appointed as the head coach of the Myanmar national team in October 2019 and signed a contract with MFF until October 2023. but terminate 9 months before contract finished.
Antoine Hei was the head coach of the Myanmar national team from May to December 2018, and after the AFF Suzuki Cup 2018 was eliminated from the group stage, the two parted ways. After that, in October 2019, he took charge of the Myanmar national team for the second time.
