Malaysia U17 National Team kicked off their AFC U17 Asian Cup 2026 Qualifiers Group C in explosive fashion, storming to a massive 13–0 victory over the Northern Mariana Islands at Field 3 of PVF Training Centre, Hanoi.
Two Malaysian starlets recorded hat-tricks as the national side collected their first three points in style.
Malaysia lined up with Johor Darul Ta’zim’s rising forward Arrayan Hakeem leading the attack, while Adrian Muslim marshalled the defensive line.
It didn’t take long for Malaysia to showcase their superiority. Iman Danish, the young national striker, tore apart the Northern Mariana defence with three goals in just 15 minutes, giving Malaysia an early and comfortable lead.
From there, the floodgates opened. Malaysia added four more goals through Nabil Ikhwan, Iman Irfan, Arfan Haziq, Arayyan Hakeem. and Malaysia went into the break 7–0 ahead.
