The Lions made history last November with a thrilling 2-1 comeback over Hong Kong, ensuring their spot in the 2027 AFC Asian Cup Finals. However, with the final fixture set for March 31 at the National Stadium, Lee is calling for his side to remain “hungry” to close out the campaign with a statement win.
The headlines belong to the returning defensive reinforcements. Irfan Fandi (Port FC) and Raoul Suhaimi (BG Tampines Rovers) back in the fold to bolster a backline that has shown significant grit under Lee’s tenure.
