Malaysian Football League(MFL) has decided to change the time in the Piala FA Malaysia 2023 quarter-final between Terengganu FC vs Kelantan FC on 27 May 2023 from 5.30 pm. to night time.
Before, Piala FA Malaysia 2023 Quarter-Final match that will meet Terengganu FC and Kelantan FC on 27 May 2023, it has been set by the organizers to be held in the afternoon.
However, previously the management of Terengganu FC had sent a letter of request to change the time to the evening due to several factors including the hot weather at this time which would cause difficulties for the supporters to attend the match because the stadium used does not have a roof.
The next factor is that Terengganu FC has also never played in a match in the afternoon before, which is also seen to have a negative impact on this team.
However, in the reply letter it has been finalized by the organizers based on several factors that have been stated in the letter such as taking into account live viewing that will increase when the match is played at different times and several other factors stated by the MFL organizers who also stated that they will help provide facilities for the team such as having a ‘drinks-break’ and so on when it is related to the current weather conditions.
