Datuk Lim Teong Kim, head coach of Perak FC hopes that victory over Kuching City will be a starting point for his team to continue to perform better in the Liga Super Malaysia 2023.
In the first victory Perak FC saw collected 5 points after 4 matches and climb to 6th place, while Kuching City is in 10th with three points.
“I hope and that is our direction. As I said, when I played before the stadium was always full, so I want the fans to come and help us like before,” he said at the press conference after the match.
“For the players, I’m sure their enthusiasm and seriousness will be higher if the atmosphere is good. We need all that, which is why the 12th player is important to us,”
“I want to see Christian (Obiozor) score goals, Hadi (Fayyadh Abdul Razak) score goals. The fans have to be patient because this is a new team, if you put pressure on the players, it won’t help.
“Give space to the players and I do the work. We don’t have many experienced players, so give us time,”
