Kuala Lumpur City earned 3 points after beating Kelantan Darul Naim scoring 3-1 in the Liga Super Malaysia 2024/25 at KLFA Stadium, Cheras.
Throughout the first half, KL City dominated the match, with captain Paulo Josue and Haqimi Azim Rosli leading several attacking efforts, but they were unable to break through KDN’s defense.

However, the lead was short-lived as KL City equalized seven minutes later, with Nicholas Swirad capitalizing on a failed clearance by KDN goalkeeper Fikri Che Soh from Josue’s corner.
KL City took the lead in the 80th minute when Josue connected with Ryan Lambert’s cross to score his first of the night. The veteran midfielder sealed the victory in stoppage time, finishing a pass from Jovan Motika to complete the 3-1 scoreline.
The win propelled KL City to sixth in the table with 14 points, while KDN remains second from the bottom with only six points after 12 games.
