Indonesia’s national team lost 2 matches in the preparing program at Turkey after losing to Libya’s national team, scoring 1-2 in the friendly match at Titanic Mardan Stadium, Antalya.
Indonesia took an early lead in the 6th minute with Yakob Sayuri providing a well-placed kick into the left side of the Libyan goal.
Libya quickly equalized three minutes later through Osama Elsharimi’s powerful shot.
Libya then took the lead in the 20th minute after Ahmed Ekrawa capitalized on a blunder by Rizky Ridho, breaking into the Indonesian National Team’s goal.
Although Libya scored a third goal through Fadel Mansour in the 53rd minute, it was disallowed for offside.
Indonesia had a golden opportunity in the 60th minute when Marselino Ferdinan received a pass from Yakob Sayuri, but the shot missed the target.
In the 88th minute, Justin Hubner missed a chance to equalize, facing the Libyan goalkeeper one on one.
The Indonesian National Team struggled with the final resolution, with missed opportunities, including a slow left-footed shot by Ramadhan Sananta in the 90+2 minute.
The game concluded with Indonesia losing to Libya with a final score of 1-2.
After this, the Indonesian national team will travel to Qatar and play a friendly match against the Iran national team on 9 January.
