Vega Arango, head coach of Solomon Islands national team does not want to take things lightly, instead they will go down with their best action in the International Friendly ‘A’ Match tomorrow night.
“I have reminded all the players to give their best performance because we know Malaysia is not only lined up with good players, but it is a professional team,” Arango said in pre-match press conference
“In fact, I also expect tomorrow night’s action to be bitter and difficult for my team and players.”
“It is certain that the Malaysia will come down to win and will give us fierce opposition,”
“From the 23 player list, only three players are based abroad while only one has a professional status, Raphael Lea’i who plays in the Bosnian League.”
“Although our ranking is better at 134, it cannot be used as a measure and an advantage for his team in tomorrow night’s match,”
