Terengganu FC, a club in Liga Super Malaysia, has updated the latest status of Ivan Mamut, Croatian striker after absent in first of 3 matches in this season.
Zul Fadli Rozi, Sports director of Terengganu FC, said, the latest status of the import striker’s injury level could not be ascertained yet as he was in the process of treatment.
“As the supporters are already aware, Ivan Mamut is currently still in the process of healing the injury (Left Tendon Achilles) that he suffered during the team’s pre-season training.” Sporting Director of TFC said.
“Terengganu FC previously agreed to allow Ivan Mamut to return to Croatia to undergo treatment with specialists there for 6 weeks and he is scheduled to return to Terengganu on June 3, 2024.”
“Terengganu FC’s medical team will conduct the next examination when Ivan arrives here to ensure whether he is ready to undergo full training with the team or still needs to continue rehabilitation treatment with the medical team Terengganu FC”
“Naturally, the team is in dire need of a sharp finisher at this point and we all know that the quality that Ivan has is capable of strengthening the team’s attacking machinery. Let’s all pray for Ivan to recover quickly to return to help the team for this season’s competition.”
