Kunanlan Subramaniam, a Malaysian winger, retired from their football career at the age of 37 after the end of their contract with Johor Darul Ta’Zim after the end of season 2023.
Kunanlan, started play in Liga Malaysia with Negeri Sembilan FA on 2004-2012 and Selangor FC in 2013 and move to Johor Darul Ta’Zim since 2015 until now. And has had more achievements with the club, as 9x Champions Liga Super Malaysia, 8x Champions Piala Sumbangsih, 3x Champions Piala FA Malaysia, 4x Champions Piala Malaysia, and AFC Cup Champions in 2015.
In addition, Kunanlan is a player of the Malaysia’s national team and has achieved a Gold medals in Men’s Football SEA Games 2009 and the Champions AFF Suzuki Cup 2010. And total made 74 appearances.
