Penang FC, club in Liga Super Malaysia has sacked Kamal Kalid, Technical director and Ong Eng Hua, Team manager outright by the team’s management.
Latest performance, Penang FC’s has five consecutive defeats in the Liga Super Malaysia, and eliminated in round of 16 in Piala Malaysia 2023 and down to play in MFL Challenge Cup 2023
“Penang FC’s top management is aware and deeply saddened by the lacklustre performance of Penang FC’s senior team in the 2023 Super League season, including the failure to advance to the next round in the recent Malaysia Cup 2023 campaign. The management also knows that proactive measures must be taken to recover from this situation.” Daniel Gooi, Penang Youth, Sports and Health Office, said.
“At the same time, the management of Penang FC has decided to terminate the services of the Club’s Technical Director, Mr. Kamal Bin Kalid and the Penang FC Super League Team Manager, Mr. Ong Eng Hua, with immediate effect these two individuals will no longer be involved in any business. Clubs and teams hereafter.”
