Malaysia U20 national team has set on pot 3 before the draw event for AFC U20 Asian Cup 2025 Qualifiers competition.
The pot division will be determined by ranking in the AFC U20 Asian Cup 2023, divided into pots as follows:
Pot 1 – Uzbekistan, Iraq, Japan, South Korea, Australia, Iran, Jordan, Vietnam (H), Indonesia (H), Tajikistan (H)
Pot 2 – Saudi Arabia (H), Syria, Kyrgyzstan (H), Oman, Qatar (H), Thailand (H), Lebanon, Mongolia, Bahrain, Taiwan (H)
Pot 3 – Malaysia, Bangladesh, Palestine, UAE, Philippines, India, Myanmar, Timor-Leste, Singapore, Cambodia.
Pot 4 – Kuwait (H), Turkmenistan, Lao PDR (H), Bhutan, Hong Kong, Sri Lanka, Brunei, Maldives, Nepal, Guam.
Pot 5 – Northern Mariana Islands, North Korea, Macau
The draw event will be held on 13 June 2024 at AFC House, Kuala Lumpur. And qualifying round will take place between 21-29 September 2024.
