Football Association of Thailand Announcing the list of nations that will participate in the 48th King’s Cup (International ‘A’ Match FIFA Day) between 20-26 September 2022 in Chiang Mai, Thailand has been announced.
In this competition, there are 4 nations participating namely Thailand, Malaysia, Tajikistan and Trinidad&Tobago .
which all 3 nations will be competitors of the Thai national team Coming from Asia, 2 teams are Malaysia, Tajikistan, where both teams are in pot 4 (same pot as the Thai national team) of the AFC Asian Cup 2023 final, while Trinidad and Tobago is the national team. Nation from CONCACAF zone which had previously been warmed up with the Thailand in 2018
The format of the competition will compete in knockout style Divided into semifinals, third place finals and finals which will be able to compete in all 2 matches equally for all teams which every match will be a competition International ‘A’ Match points are collected for FIFA World Rankings.
