PDRM FC takes the first point of this season after tied with Perak FC with a score of 0-0 in the Liga Super Malaysia 2023 at the MBPJ Stadium, Petaling Jaya.
The defeat in the first action last week saw both teams show an energetic and ‘hard’ action by planning each other’s attacks with several tackles that led to yellow cards.
The first attempt was made by Perak FC as early as the seventh minute through Seo Seonung’s long-range shot that was not controlled but PDRM FC goalkeeper Mohamad Ramdhan Ab Hamid managed to save the South Korean import player’s attempt.
PDRM FC through Bruno Suzuki had two chances to open the scoring – first with his effort that went wide after a quick counter-attack in the 12th minute before Raja Imran Shah Raja Amin blocked his effort in the penalty box a minute later.
Hadi Fayyadh Abdul Razak missed the chance to get his first goal with Perak FC when his shot right in front of the PDRM FC goal failed to hit the target in the 21st minute.
The bar separated PDRM FC from heading to the dressing room with a goal when Bruno’s attempt hit the bar in the 41st minute when Tian Keat See was already down.
Continuing the second half, several opportunities were obtained by both teams including Bruno and Muhamad Nurfiqrie Abdul Talib (PDRM FC) and Mohamad Ikwan Hafizo, Hadi Fayyadh and Cristian Obiozor (Perak FC) but not enough to shake the goal.
The score remained 0-0 until the final whistle, allowing both teams to collect a point.
