DPMM FC finally brought an end to their three-match winless run after securing an impressive 4–2 victory over Imigresen FC in the Liga Super Malaysia 2025/26 at Hassanal Bolkiah National Stadium, Berakas.
Imigresen FC started brightly and stunned the home crowd when Wilmar Jordan Gil struck in just the 5th minute to give the visitors an early lead.
But the advantage didn’t last long. Ten minutes later, Muhammad Azwan Ali Rahman produced the equaliser, restoring balance and breathing renewed confidence into the home side.
That momentum shift proved decisive.
Within a blistering five-minute spell, DPMM FC turned the match on its head—powered by the brilliance of Muhammad Hakeme Yazid Said.
The young forward fired DPMM FC’s second goal in the 21st minute, before completing his brace in the 26th minute to put the hosts firmly ahead at 3–1.
The second half saw Gil pull one back for Imigresen FC from the penalty spot in the 71st minute, reducing the deficit and momentarily reviving hope for the visitors.
However, DPMM FC ensured there would be no late drama.
Portuguese midfielder Miguel Oliveira stepped up in the 86th minute with a precise finish to seal the match at 4–2—delivering all three points and a much-needed morale boost for the Bruneian outfit.
With the win, DPMM FC regain momentum in their season as McAllister continues to refine the squad’s balance and attacking rhythm.
The result handed James McAllister’s side their second league win of the season, lifting them to eight points after 10 matches.
