Kim Pan-gon admitted that he does not care much about playing minutes in the selection of national squad players. but the important thing is the player’s character when they are brought down even if they only play for a few minutes.
“When I choose players, I see their character on the field. There are players who only play for 10 minutes but show good character and also play the whole game but are not convincing.” Pan-Gon said.
