Thai giants Bangkok United have announced free entry for supporters ahead of their decisive second-leg clash against Gamba Osaka in the semi-finals of the AFC Champions League Two 2025/26.
The highly anticipated encounter will take place on 15 April 2026 in Bangkok, with the club encouraging fans to pack the stadium and create a historic atmosphere as they chase a first-ever continental final.
Nicknamed “The Angels”, Bangkok United already made club history by defeating the Japanese side 1–0 in the first leg, putting themselves in a strong position ahead of the return fixture.
The narrow victory over the J-League powerhouse has significantly boosted the Thai club’s chances of reaching the AFC Champions League Two final for the first time.
Originally scheduled for the Rajamangala National Stadium, the match will now be played at Pathum Thani Stadium.
The venue change was necessary as Rajamangala is currently involved in preparations and operations for the AFC U20 Women’s Asian Cup 2026, which is being hosted across multiple venues in Thailand.
By opening the gates free of charge, Bangkok United hope to rally the local football community and generate a passionate home crowd capable of pushing the team over the line.
The club believes strong fan support could play a decisive role as they aim to protect their slim advantage against one of Japan’s most experienced continental sides.
